By accessing the Miraculous website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Miraculous provides AI-focused change management services, including:
- Consulting: Strategy, readiness assessments, and governance frameworks.
- Training: AI change management certification and workshops.
- Development: MVP prototyping and enterprise AI integration.
3. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All training materials, the "8-Week Path" framework, First Principles methodologies, and website content are the exclusive property of Miraculous Equation Unip Lda.
- Limited License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials provided during engagements for internal business purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our proprietary frameworks for external commercial gain without express written consent.
4. Fees and Payment
- Standard Services: Fees for training and development are outlined in our proposals or on our platform.
- Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. All prices are subject to VAT according to Portuguese law.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Nature of AI: You acknowledge that AI technology is rapidly evolving. Miraculous provides strategic guidance based on current "First Principles" thinking.
- No Guarantee: While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., specific ROI or revenue targets) as these depend on the client's internal execution.
- Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miraculous shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all trade secrets, customer data, and proprietary AI implementation strategies confidential during and after the term of the engagement.
7. Training & Certification
Certifications issued by Miraculous are based on our proprietary 12-module curriculum. We reserve the right to revoke certification if it is discovered that the participant violated the integrity of the assessment process.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Braga, Portugal.
